Student Intent to Return
We hope you all had an enjoyable winter break and that your students have come back to school eager for a challenging and productive second semester. As we are at the mid-point of our 2019-20 school year, we want to share some important reminders:
- Parent/Teacher Conferences for families of students in all grades will be held on March 26 and 27. This is the second scheduled and formal opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teacher to review progress and recent test scores. Conferences will be from 4-8pm on March 26 and 8am-12pm on March 27.
- Your student’s daily school attendance is important for his/her academic progress. Our network target is 95%. Please continue to make sure your student attends school each day and arrives promptly. We want to make sure they have every opportunity to achieve academic success. Help us continue to support your child by making sure your student attends each and every day!
- Confluence Academies is pleased to be your family’s school of choice. As we plan for the coming school year, we want to make sure that your child has a place reserved in next year’s class. Please take a moment to complete the attached Intent to Return form and return to school by March 6, 2020. If you have another child whom you would like to enroll in our school for the coming year --- especially incoming kindergartners ---- let us know on the form. To the extent that new spaces are available, Confluence Academies will give enrollment priority to siblings of existing students. Please note that you will need to complete an enrollment application for each new student you wish to enroll. If you have any enrollment questions, please call Mr. John Klein at 314-588-8554, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your child’s school.
- Save the Date! June summer school is scheduled for June 3-30, 2020. Registration information will be sent home at a later date. We will be having a lot of fun during the summer session and hope you will join us!
Thank you for continuing to be an active participant in your child’s education. You are setting the stage for their continued success.
