How to Obtain School Records/Transcripts

Confluence Academies has partnered with Parchment to provide a secure, convenient way to request and receive official school transcripts. To obtain a copy of your child’s school records or transcript, simply click the link below to get started. Please allow to 7-10 business days for processing.

All transcript requests are processed online through Parchment, ensuring fast and secure delivery. Electronic official transcripts are sent via email and will be available for download by the recipient for 30 days before the link expires.

1. Is there a cost to order a transcript?
No, transcripts are 100% free for all students and families.

2. How do I request my transcript?
You can request your transcript through our secure online system, available 24/7. Just follow the link provided above.

3. How will my transcript be delivered?
Transcripts are sent as Electronic Official Transcripts directly to the recipient’s email address. They are delivered securely and quickly.

4. How long will the transcript be available for download?
Once delivered, transcripts are available for download for thirty (30) days before the link expires. Make sure the recipient downloads it within that timeframe.

5. Who can I send my transcript to?
Your transcripts will be sent to the college, university, employer, or organization of your choice in the format they prefer.

6. Can I track the status of my transcript request?
Yes! After submitting your request, you will receive updates via email, or you can login into your account and view your order status.

7. What should I do if the recipient doesn’t receive the transcript?

Please reach out to parchment via their help link for further assistance. Note that once a recipient is submitted it cannot be adjusted after the order is placed.
