*The Board of Directors will begin Open Session Meetings at 5:15 p.m. The Board of Directors will enter Closed Session (if necessary) directly after approval of the Tentative Agenda and Minutes. The Board of Directors will then move into Open Session at 6:00 p.m. with the remainder of all Open Session business.
