What if I missed my bus?

It happens at one time or another.  Not to worry!  Confluence Academies and First Student are here to help your student(s) get to school!

 

If for some reason your student(s) has missed their scheduled pick up, please contact your campus transportation coordinator.  You will need to provide your child's name, bus number and stop location.  We will then contact First Student and make arrangements to have your child picked up by either re-routing a bus that is still picking students up or have a "rescue bus" come out and pick your student(s) up and have them transported to school.  It may take a few moments to arrange so please stay by your phone so we can update you on the status of the late pick up arrangements.

 

The flier on the right hand side of this page is something you might want to consider keeping with you or on the refridgerator at home in case this happens to you.  It has the campus transportation contacts and their phone numbers ready for you to use quickly!
