Parents of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergartners
For the safety of your child, we will not release a pre-kindergarten or kindergarten student from the bus if a parent or guardian is not at the bus stop. Please be on time to meet your child after school.
Parents, it is Missouri state law that no one may board a bus other than school staff and students. Confluence Academies and First Student will enforce policies and state law for any adult who boards a school bus. Missouri state statute 569.155.2, Trespass of a School Bus, explains the penalty for trespassing a school bus is a class A misdemeanor, an offense punishable for up to a year. Punishment will be determined by the court, not Confluence or First Student.
