put on translate come on down please come on Jerry Marie I came into the classroom and I just wanted to get straight into the material I wanted to make sure the kids knew what was going on now I realize there are a lot more are you things now I just want to make sure that they know that they're cared about and I'm there for them my job is to teach them but they teach me just as much as I teach them I love learning about things that they're doing outside of school open to things that they enjoy and I feel like that helps me in the classroom to teach them and do the things that they do enjoy the better their brain works they remember things and so it's very important they're active engaged then also playing games being active moving their body helps them live a long healthy life that's ultimately what we want we want them to live long healthy lives where they are I'm productive members of society I love how when is listening there are days where they're learning math and PE their days where they are forced to read or identify letters when they're in PE so I try to Encompass the whole child and Encompass everything that I've learned in the classroom with the time can you play games and we have fun he let us get stickers when we line up that they're learning what they need to in order to be successful in life more so than just what I'm teaching them I hope they learn how to treat other people I hope they learn how to present themselves carry themselves and just be kind to everyone and be helpful to everyone that we do great it makes me feel good our students have great hearts. amazingly kind Mendel go out of their way to make sure everyone is okay but try to make sure that they know that they're cared about if they know that they're cared about they're going to be motivated to learn they're going to want to learn overtime that lets them decide what they want to do they can do anything they want
